TIME FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the shipment to make a return.
TIME FOR MONEY REFUND
You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days from the moment we verify the received shipment from you. In exceptional situations, this period may be extended up to a maximum of 14 days.
MONEY REFUND METHOD
You will receive the refund using the same method you used to pay for the order.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Fill out the return form that we have included with the shipment on the reverse side of the order specifications. Need a new form? You can download it here. If you’re unable to print the return form, please include a note with the order number in the package.

RETURN SHIPPING
To make things easier for you, we have designed the packaging for return shipment. Place the items being returned in the box, include the withdrawal form, and the order specifications.
Address the package to:
Inesslingerie.pl., ul. Orkana, 70-711 Lublin, Poland
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Please remember that we do not accept any shipments returned to the Store COD (cash on delivery), to parcel lockers, personal pickup points, or other branches and offices of Polish Post.
We only accept hosiery items for return with manufacturing defect
Additional Information:
Products for which returns are not accepted (sent after the required period, lacking proof of purchase, without tags or packaging, soiled, damaged) will be returned at the Consumer’s expense.
In the event of contract withdrawal, the contract is considered void. The store will refund the Buyer all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivering the item (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Buyer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard method offered by the store), promptly, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the store was informed of the right of withdrawal by the Buyer.
Our return policy allows customers to return purchased products within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please send return information to the email address: returns@inesslingerie.pl. The products must be in an undamaged, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Upon receiving and approving the return, we will refund the full purchase amount to the provided bank account within 7 business days.
